Please note: Pictures will be taken, and video and audio recordings will be made during this event. The recordings can be used by Deutsche Telekom AG (DTAG), as well as by its associated companies as set forth in §§ 15ff German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), without locality and time restrictions and for the purpose of corporate communications, information and public relations work in any media, such as for publishing in print media, for promoting future events, for flyers, for presentations, at trade fairs/exhibitions, in print and offline media (e.g., DVD, CD, CD-ROM), as a livestream at the foyer at DTAG’s headquarters, on the intranet/internet (including live, where applicable), on television and radio (including live, where applicable), or in social media and apps. For this purpose, recordings may be copied and processed by DTAG while protecting your personal rights. DTAG shall have the right to sub-license the recordings to associated companies as set forth in §§ 15 ff AktG, the press, and other media partners of DTAG for corresponding use.
